I usually only work on one album a week, especially during peak wedding season. You will be emailed once you are at the start of the album production queue.

The album spread designs usually take me 2-3 business days from when I start and usually an additional couple of hours each time the proof needs to be amended. This process usually takes 1-2 weeks depending on your communication with me. This is a collaboration, so daily response to emails is needed for a fast turn around time. If I don’t hear from you in 24 hours I will usually need to move you down the queue if I have another couple waiting for album production.

Printing and production takes 16-20 business days plus Australia post express postage times.

Yes! Once you pay for your album, you will receive an email requesting you choose your album photos through your online gallery. Once you have chosen, I will design your album using the photos that you both love!

If there is a visible manufacturing fault or if I've made a mistake after you have approved the proof, I will contact my print lab and I will organise a re-print. I will cover the costs if i've made a mistake and the lab will cover the costs if they have.

Unfortunately if you change your mind or if you approved a proof that is wrong or that you don't like anymore, there will be no refunds or returns. Please make sure you both look over your album proof thoroughly.
